Easter

Easter at our house was a blast. We started the Friday before with egg dying.

Ethan just like the colors and wanted to drop the eggs.

Allie and her pretty pink egg. Bet you can't guess her favorite color.

Sheldon loved this blue one.

The end result!

Sunday after church we went to Ryan's parents for Easter lunch. Then Ryan's mom (Nana) had a few fun activities for the kids... okay all of us! :)
Sheldon forming rice crispy treats into eggs.
Mimi (Ryan's sister) Bade (Allie couldn't say Dave, Mimi's husband)
and Allie making their eggs.

Nan showing the kids the next project, making macaroon bird nests.

Mimi and the kids working on the nests. Or eating them if you were Allie!

The nest almost done. Then they were baked and the kids put jelly beans and chocolate eggs into them... I think I age most of these, they are my favorite cookies!
After the Hoskins house we went to my family for an Easter Egg Hunt, (which I need to get the pictures off of my mom's camera) and dinner. Once I get the pictures there will be another post of the Anderson family fun!!

At the aquarium with the Tidwells

So now that we have moved back into the house we were at before Draper we have rekindled a great friendship with the Tidwells. Jessica and I decided to take the kids to the aquarium over Spring Break. It was so much fun, and we can't wait to go back.

Allie loved this little sting ray.

Sheldon, Ethan and Zoe. Ethan loves fish and could have stayed at the aquarium all day.
Good thing we got the season pass so that we can go anytime.

I love turtles... every time I see them I think of the ones from "Nemo" "Righteous, righteous!!)

So I got in trouble, because I used my flash, but I couldn't pass up this picture... she wasn't quite sure if she liked him or not.

Everyone checking out the eels.

Home improvement project 3

So a couple of months ago I was watching HGTV and saw this really cool wall decoration. I just loved it and would talk about it to anyone who would listen. Well my wonderful husband (I'm sure was because he was so sick of me talking about it.) built it for me. I think it turned out amazing and makes the living room one of my favorite rooms..

Close up.

The whole effect.

It is great because it is such a big odd shaped wall and finally it looks great rather than just big. Thanks Babe!
