Life is good!

If you have never been able to see the sun set over the Caribean, you haven't seen one of the most breath taking things in the world. This was the view that Ryan and I had every night as we sat on the balcony of our hotel room and eat dinner. We had one of the most romantic vacations ever. We had couples massages in a cabana on the beach, the crashing of the surf and the warm breeze we the perfect setting for such a relaxing time. We went snorkling, and anyone who knows me really well know that I am afraid of water, but Ryan told me that I would regret not doing it... he was right, so I did it and I want to do again. We took afternoon naps in a hammock on the beach, and spent every moment drenched in each others love. I came back more in love with my husband and knew even stronger that he was my best friend! :)

At last, escape!

Ryan and I have had a very busy two weeks. The move has been stressful and overwhelming, but now we get to take a break. Ryan and I will be celebrating our 6 year anniversary on Friday, and my wonderful loving husband has planned a get-a-way for the two of us. He arranged everything, all I had to do was get my pass port picture taken. One full week in cancun. I know that I won't be very far from either the ocean or the spa! :)

Life is a whirl wind....

Finally all of the boxes are unpacked, I think that I have slept less than 10 hours all week. My body is sore from going up and down stairs with hundreds of boxes. I think now that all of the utilities companies have been contacted. I think we are finally settled. It has been a week of numberless contractors and workers coming in and out of my house. For anyone who has never built a home before, there are so many things that need to be done after you move in. We had a problem with one of our built in cabinets for all of Ryan's entertainment things. So we have had a sheet rocker fixing that, along with a painter, the master bed room shower leeked, so we have had a plumber for that. Along with the guys that are installing the home auto, the security system, the lighting controls and my front door camera. We now have a slew of landscapers our in the yard installing landscape lighting, sod, trees, shrubs and curbing. By the end of this week everything should be done and back to normal, or at least a new normal. :)
